What is 'Login for Game Data Usage'?

Login for Game Data Usage allows you to continue using your existing Nexon account while providing a structure more specialized for utilizing game data.

  • Simply log in with your Nexon account to easily provide your game data to the services you use.
  • Don’t want to provide your data? You have full control over whether your information is utilized.
  • Data usage login is technically separated from game login, enabling you to share data and check information safely.

How to Revoke Consent for Data Usage

  1. Go to the NEXON Open API webpage > Log in with your Nexon account > Navigate to My Page > Data Usage Consent Status menu.
  2. Find the service for which you want to revoke consent in the consent status list.
  3. Click the Revoke button on the right and confirm by clicking Revoke in the popup.
  4. Verify that the service has been removed from the consent status list.

It refers to the act of stealing entered login credentials (account ID, password) by using a fake website that mimics a legitimate login page.

Recent phishing websites closely resemble legitimate pages, making them difficult to distinguish.

    2. The address of the login page for utilizing game data provided by Nexon has the following format:

    What to check:

    • Check if there are any additional parts at the beginning of the URL.
    • Check if the URL begins with "https://".
    • Check if the website has a valid security certificate to ensure it is secure.

  2. Check if it is a service provided by an official Friends creators.

    3. Login for game data usage is only provided to official Friends creators.
